Need help and advice?

You could of course approach a teacher, parent or guardian to see if they can help out with the guidance you may need. For health issues you could always talk with the school nurse. There is also a great deal of help and information available on the Internet:

 

Bullying at school

This site at www.bullying.co.uk has help and advice for victims of bullying, their parents and school issues.

We all know that bullying goes on in every school but it's the way it's dealt with which makes the difference between life being tolerable or a misery.


BBC Teen Advice  
This site at www.bbc.co.uk is called 'Your Life - everything you need to know about growing up'.
Here you can get tips and advice on dealing with your problems, find out about different jobs, play games and even check out the music and sport as well.

Teen Problems  
This site at www.teentoday.co.uk features problem advice and teen links.
Also while there, why not check out the free teen chat rooms and community, teen horoscopes, music and film reviews.

Childline  
www.childline.org.uk is the free 24-hour helpline for children and young people in the UK.
Children and young people can call the helpline on 0800 1111 about any problem, at any time - day or night. Childline 's counsellors are there to help you find ways to sort things out. Childline is confidential - which means they won't tell anyone about your call unless you want them to, or you are in danger.

Onion Street  
The onion street website from the BBC gives advice on how to cope with going to school and other general advice.

Citizen X
