Student Advice

Listen to the views of recent students to understand what Malbank can offer you.

"Deciding what to do when you leave school is one of the hardest decisions to make, therefore it's really important to do your research. We strongly advise you to attend open evenings and open days to get to know what the college environment is like, speak to students and tutors to understand what college can offer you not only in terms of academic courses but also extra-curricular opportunities."

Everyone is welcome!

"Although I only knew a few people when I joined Malbank I quickly got to know everyone in the year. There's always a friendly face in the common room. After being here for a year I feel perfectly at home and wouldn't want to go anywhere else."

Becky

You will settle into life at Malbank faster than you could ever imagine!

"MalbankSixth Form is a really great place to be, with a real mix of students from a range of schools. I came from Brine Leas, and immediately I felt welcomed. The staff and ex-Malbank High School students were really helpful and friendly. During the first few weeks, the staff were there to guide you through the change of schools and the transition from GCSEs to A Levels. That support has continued, as everyone is dedicated to every student achieving above and beyond expectations. I really enjoy coming to Malbank and believe that I made the right choice coming to a dedicated and supportive Sixth Form."

Lauren
