Student Services

Worried about making the transition to A Level, or settling in to a new environment? Don't be because at Malbank we pride ourselves on taking care of every individual. From the moment you enquire about a course, through to your final examinations, you will receive advice, support and encouragement that are second to none.

Our dedicated staff are on hand every step of the way to help you adapt to the demands of higher level study. They recognise that young adults have a lot to cope with, balancing new knowledge with the demands of modular exams, part-time jobs, and still squeezing in a social life.

Personal Study Mentor (PSM)

The tutorial system is your lifeline. You'll be allocated a Personal Study Mentor to help you out with any problems and advice, they will support you through the transition from GCSE to AS level.

The PSM is your first port of call for support and ultimately the person that will work closely with you to write your UCAS reference and help you decide on your future pathway.
