Isabelle Year 9 has enjoyed a hugely successful summer of golf, competing in around 20 competitions across Shropshire and the Midlands.

One of her standout achievements came at her home club, Hill Valley Golf Club, where Isabelle was crowned Ladies Club Champion.

She also produced an incredible performance at the Hawkstone Open, where she finished as the overall winner against both the girls and boys. Isabelle shot an impressive 8 over par to claim the Don Lloyd Trophy and a golf bag.

Another fantastic achievement came as part of the Shropshire Girls County Handicap Team, where Isabelle proudly represented the county as team captain. The team travelled to Branston Golf Club for their final match of the season and secured a victory, making them the 2026 Midlands North Regional Handicap League Champions.

It has been an outstanding summer for Isabelle, showcasing not only her golfing ability and determination, but also her leadership skills as team captain. Her achievements are a fantastic reflection of the hard work and commitment she has put into her golf throughout the season.
