Lorelei Year 8 is a keen author. Since entering her first writing competition with Malbank, she has entered two more competitions with the Young Writers. We have been notified that she has been selected to have her work published in their Dream Jar poetry book, which is due to be published on 24th November 2025 and also their Annual showcase book that is due to be published on the 8th December 2025. This is in addition to the two competitions with the Young Writer that she entered with Malbank that have also been selected. 

Lorelei loves reading and storytelling and has set up a reading club called Once Upon a Page, aimed at primary school children, that is due to start on the 8th November at Berries in Wrenbury. Here she will be reading stories and also reading her own work she has created for the club. She is also busy raising money in order to buy books for the local primary schools in the area.
