We are extremely proud of her hard work, along with her fellow gymnasts in her team. This is an amazing result. Well done Lylia-Mai

He has also been nominated for a trial for Sale Sharks which will take place in September. 

Seb also plays football for Nantwich Town.

Her recent successes included Most Memorable Performance of the whole competition with her own choreography and a further 3 golds, 3 silvers and 3 bronze medals.

At the Cheshire Championships, Thomas won Gold in the 3kg shot, Silver in javelin, and two Bronze medals in long jump and discus.

Last weekend, Thomas represented Cheshire at the English Schools County Combined Events Competition in Ellesmere Port. The Cheshire team finished 2nd overall, with Thomas being the team’s highest‑scoring  Cheshire athlete. Individually, he placed 9th against athletes from Years 8 and 9.

Amazing achievements, Thomas, well done from all at Malbank. We can't wait to hear about your success in future competitions.

She has completed a full weekend of back-to-back tech rehearsals & performances for her annual dance show with her dance school, FINK theatre academy. 

She will also be completing her grade 5 singing exam this Friday.

She helps and volunteers at the Willaston community cafe in the village, waiting on and supporting the volunteers and customers on Saturday morning as well as making and donating bakes. 

Her dance school has successfully auditioned to perform at Disneyland Paris in February 2027!! In order to raise funds for the up-and-coming trip, Grace came up with an idea of a stall at the Willaston worm charming, selling sweets and squishies and also got exposure for her dance school as they performed at this local event. We raised over £300 which will go towards helping families fund their children’s place so no one misses out đŸ©·

Well done Grace, you are a credit to the school and local community and you should be really proud of yourself.

Chloe finished the 3k race 2nd in the county in her age group again and 11th in the region.

An absolutely incredible achievement Chloe, we are all really proud of you. A massive congratulations from us all.

Eva is a member of LS Gymnastics in Crewe and her team are current British TeamGym Champions. She now has a few months of weekend training camps around the country to help the team prepare for representing their country. 

Well done Eva, this is an amazing achievement, and we wish you all the best in October. We can't wait to hear how you get on.

She came away winning both of her categories' head contact K1  and non-head contact K1.

She is now an AFSO ENGLISH OPEN CHAMPION X2

Iylia-Mai Price Year 7 & Jessica Palin Year 7 and the rest of Level 3 Youth mixed gymnastics team of LS Gymnastics Crewe Academy, celebrated coming 1st - Gold medal winners at the British Northern Qualifiers 1 in Newcastle upon Tyne .

We now need to wait to see if they qualify for the British Championships in April.

Well done, this is a massive achievement.

Her team gave an incredible performance, finishing 4th and narrowly missing out on a medal by less than one point. It was an amazing opportunity for Isabelle to compete at this level and showcase her hard work and dedication. Well done Isabelle – we can't wait to hear about future competitions.

He had a very experienced & tricky opponent, who had at least 5 fights at this level. Vinnie was entered in the higher category (advanced) but should have registered as a novice. However, Vinnie’s extensive training, team diamond support & determination paid off, and he won his fight & brought home the belt.
Vinnie is a very talented fighter, he is very modest & would never want any kind of celebration, but he really does deserve a huge well-done acknowledgement. Hopefully, this will encourage other fellow students that anything is possible with the right mindset. Well done Vinnie - grweat achievement, keep aiming high.

The idea came from her love of books and her wish to help other children enjoy reading and have access to more stories. Through fundraising and community support, she raised £66, which allowed her to purchase over 150 books.

During February's Inset day, Lorelei spent the day personally delivering book bundles to 14 local primary schools, with each school receiving around 10 books. She was very proud to hand these over herself and to hear directly from schools how helpful donations like these are, particularly given current funding pressures.

In addition, she also donated four baby books to Baby Club Cheshire, supporting early reading for younger children.

 Lorelei’s enthusiasm for reading, her independence, and her desire to contribute positively to the wider community is something we hope she is very proud of. It has been a wonderful learning experience for her, and one she has taken great responsibility for. Well done Lorelei.

She competed in the 50m backstroke on Saturday and then on Sunday took part in the relay event. Her team got a bronze in the female 12 year old 200m medley, starting the team off with a pb in her backstroke. Well done Rebecca.
